• Receivable analysis for customers and build provisions and control customer O/S• General Ledger Analysis.• Cost control analysis ( Budget Control ) , comparing between Plan and actuals and contact each department for saving.• Control plan of Capex projects all Expenses till capitalization and ensure having right place in Capex plan from Budget point of view.• Report monthly Capex showing the statues of progress monthly wise versus Plan.• Identifies and computes Provisions, applies accounting principles to transactions.• Participating in Forecasting & next year plan preparation.• Taxes Inspections preparation for all documents and analysis needed and requested from Tax consultant. • Prepare monthly status of allowed 7% expenses.• Ensure on time tax inspections for all tax types.• Ensure on time tax reports submission to tax authorities.• Review taxes issues with tax consultant staff.

• Established Local Credit policy• Ensure compliance with global credit policy• Review all customers balances and Aging • Hold customers exceeding credit Limit and terms• Calculate the suitable credit limit for each customers• Build provision of bad debts • Calculate sales team incentive due.• Full analysis for sales products• Balance confirmations with all customers• Prepare collection target for sales team• Prepare collection forecast and comparing actuals Vs Forecasted last month

• Keying adjustment entries and check Trial balance accounts accuracy.• AR Accounting transactions ( collection process & Effect customers ledger )• AP Accounting transactions ( review all purchase Doc. & record in system & Issuing Cheques )• Handling all Safe transaction• Prepare list with payment budget• Follow up with Sales team to ensure collection on time• Dealing with banks for all transactions.• Prepare banks statement reconciliation • Prepare all month close reports describing firm position.
