Current1. Post-Contract Management: - Oversee all post-contract activities, including contract administration, variations, claims, and final account settlements. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. - Manage and mitigate risks associated with contract execution.2. Cost Control and Budget Management: - Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures. - Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements. - Ensure projects are completed within budget.3. Quantity Surveying: - Oversee quantity surveying functions, including measurement, valuation, and cost analysis. - Review and approve interim and final valuations. - Manage the preparation and submission of payment applications.4. Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and develop the contract administration and quantity surveying teams. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training as needed.5. Stakeholder Management: - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues. - Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.6. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare regular reports on contract status, costs, and project performance. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained. - Provide top management with insights and recommendations on contract and cost management.
