Post-Contract Management: - Oversee all post-contract activities, including contract administration, variations, claims, and final account settlements. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. - Manage and mitigate risks associated with contract execution.2. Cost Control and Budget Management: - Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures. - Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements. - Ensure projects are completed within budget.3. Quantity Surveying: - Oversee quantity surveying functions, including measurement, valuation, and cost analysis. - Review and approve interim and final valuations. - Manage the preparation and submission of payment applications.4. Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and develop the contract administration and quantity surveying teams. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training as needed.5. Bloom Fields – Mostakbal City .* Review and approve Final Invoices . * Coordinate with other parties concerned to the final Invoice to Close any issue before proceeding with the Invoice Payment . * Collect all running and final invoices to update staus of all post contract issues ( Financial and contractual status ). * Control all contractors' financial and contractual sitiuation . * Review and approve Variation orders . * Negotiation with contractors for the variation orders cost if needed . * Check Final QS to update the BOQs and contracts adjustment . * Participate in Pricing the Post contracts new items . * Advice in any conflict from the contractual point of view . * Coordinate with concerned parties to issue the Final TOC after guarantee period to evaluate the sitiuation to realease the Final Retention . *Monitoring all contracts values and specify the remaining or the Exceeding percentage if any and the reasons .

( Civil works , arch , Hvac works , plumping , firefighting , electrical works and landscaping ) Tasks: * Quantity Surveying of civil and finishing items for all project elements . * Prepare revised BOQ’s of 305 sites ( total amount : 8,125,500,000 SAR ) * Prepare analysis of variation orders * Revise All Concrete & Finishing Quantities given by the contractors. * Prepare the Monthly invoice given to the client ( Site Work progress , Material on site , variation orders ) . * Updating reports of total cost vs Total amount of whole project .
