CurrentI have been working in the United Arab Emirates since 2004, where I started my career in public relations and administrative affairs in 2009. Over the years, my experiences and skills have developed, and I have achieved tangible successes in this field.In 2017, I assumed the position of Human Resources Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies that contributed to the overall improvement of the company's performance.I obtained a certified diploma in Human Resource Management from the British Oxford Center, which helped me acquire advanced knowledge and outstanding skills in this field.أنا أعمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة منذ عام 2004، حيث بدأت مسيرتي المهنية في مجال العلاقات العامة والشؤون الإدارية منذ عام 2009. تطورت خبراتي ومهاراتي على مر السنين، وتمكنت من تحقيق نجاحات ملموسة في هذا المجال.في عام 2017، توليت منصب مدير الموارد البشرية، وأشرفت على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية التي ساهمت في تحسين الأداء العام للشركة.حصلت على دبلومة معتمدة في إدارة الموارد البشرية من مركز أكسفورد البريطاني، مما ساعدني على اكتساب معرفة متقدمة ومهارات متميزة في هذا المجال.
