Supply Planner Job Purpose:The Supply Planner is to anticipate and maintain stock levels to ensure the business runs smoothly. perform routine stock inspections, plan the production, and ensure inventory levels are financially, feasible.Material Requirement Planning :• Update the MRP file and the updated material forecast.• Responsible for creating purchase requisition according to defined Min-Max stock, sales forecast & production schedule with alignment with warehouse, production & follow-up with purchasing till receiving material according to requested date. • Update material stock simulation & maintain the working capital, Day in inventory within the target stock level (report on monthly basis).• Control the secondary packaging utilization & rotation using ALPLA stock, oracle & Eurolog • Control the non-Moving items and provide monthly report and follow up with Sales team to add the reason for each product.Production Planning:• Responsible for production planning “include sampling and maintenance activities” and proper communication with all related departments, optimizes production and equipment scheduling to reduce changeovers, and achieve change over objective.• Confirm the preventive maintenance plan after receiving the PM plan to maintenance department.• Confirm new call off & New sales order to sales /demand planner.• Maintain regular meetings with sales, assure having 3 months sales rolling forecast and update it in Alpla.• Control Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) against sales forecast/budget.• To share the sorting priority and following up with quality.• Responsible for the sampling process.• Responsible for updating Alpla Budget.• Follow-up with Demand Planner and logistics team on the secondary packaging returns.• Controlling the planning changes to be within the target.
