About Sameh Montasser

I am a driver for success and result oriented leader with more than 40 years of Management and Sales experience with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating strong business visionary thinking, leadership and people management skills. During these years I have developed a strong network of relationships with large enterprise customers, government officials, consultants, press journalists, and major IT and Telecom solutions partners. My experience covers Egypt, the Middle East, and North Africa.I have been at the CEO level for more than 24 years, managing several companies in the ICT, Telecom, Outsourcing, and Consulting fields, with different sizes reaching up to around 1200 employees.I have strong experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Center field, with more than 20 years of practical experience in establishing, managing, and operating BPO companies.In the ICT market I have gained a lot of experience through working for 23 years with IBM and Raya, in different roles, whereby managed the development and sales of all types of system integration solutions and services to all types and sizes of customers.I have more than 13 years of consultancy experience, with special focus on strategic business planning, developing business plans, project evaluation, human resource management, business development, and project management. I have also acted as the Digital Transformation Consultant to the Minister of Finance and the Chairman of MID Bank. In the public service arena I have served for several years on the board of Eitesal, the largest ICT NGO in Egypt and WITSA, a global ICT NGO. I have also served for 5 years on the board of the Egyptian National Post Authority.Worked as an Entrepreneur by establishing several companies, such as, Raya Contact Center, Advanced Corporate Solutions, Solutions Consulting, BDO Esnad, and Gulf Solutions Consulting in the UAE. This gave a vast experience in Organizational and Systems Development, Business Development in different markets in the region, and access to finance.
