With 16 years of expertise in planning and executing High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) wells, I am a senior level leader for BP UK, currently serving as a Wells Superintendent-Rig & Vessel Intake. In my role, I lead Rig Intake squads, overseeing activities such as bridging documents, HAZOPs, third-party installations, rig modifications, upgrades, crew competency, and more.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated leadership as a Squad Lead for Rig and Vessel intake, MPD specialist in the UK, and played a crucial role in RI processes for projects like Ephesus rig intake in Canada and two semi submersible rigs in Azerbijan, a few MODUs in North Sea. I actively collaborated with businesses,m, drilling contractors, and region wells teams to ensure seamless rig and vessel startups.Previously, as a Senior Drilling Engineer in Houston for the ConneXus team, I achieved a robust startup for this team and contributed to planning and executing challenging wells globally. Notably, I validated region learnings, participated in peer reviews, and delivered a groundbreaking tool for running open-ended casing under MPD pressure.My international experience includes a significant tenure as a Senior Drilling Engineer in Egypt, where I successfully delivered multiple BP priority wells, consistently achieving top quartile performance, and contributing to substantial cost savings. The Raven project, involving drilling 7 Raven wells, and the re-entry and reservoir drilling of all Raven wells, and the Mocha project, featuring the first fully automated land MPD system in the region, stand out as milestones in my career.With a diverse background in both onshore and offshore operations and engineering roles, my journey reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in oil and gas field
