- First contact point between management and employees and informing employees about changes in the organization, regulations etc. based on information from management, HR, etc. - Contact point for Operation Manager to discuss best employment possibilities for an employee without project or with a projects ending soon. - Taking care that employees stay in project to ensure high utilization and increase employability. - Coaching and supporting employees by giving feedback on how to deal with difficult situations. - Objective to achieve high employee retention in his/her group within the restriction - Evaluate the performance of employees based on own observations and making use of the experience of project leaders, customers, etc. - Evaluate the performance according to the scheme devised by OM. - Discussing with the employee his/her performance, pointing out areas to be improved and how to improve them. - Proposing an employee for promotion to the management. - Making proposals concerning salary rises to the management and bonuses. - Make development plan with employee and identify trainings which are in budget and within the skill development strategy of the company.- Control attendance, time recording in SAP, other duties to the employees and Team Leader budget.- Act as escalation point for project leaders or other parties with respect to the employee - Act as escalation point for the employee, in case the employee needs help in his projects or otherwise - Check travel expenses of employees and forward the information to accountant - Approve vacation requests for the team members - Carry out the MbO meetings with the employees on time. (every 6 months) - Share innovative ideas to improve the employee’s satisfaction and company conditions as employer - Suggest ideas for internal projects, trainings, internal tools development etc. for on bench employees in order to develop the skills of the employees - Support in interviews for new candidates

QA Lead- SQS (Software Quality Systems) Egypt - Participate in measuring and driving product quality from inception to release.- Responsibility for the quality of selected product features.- Improve and extend test frameworks and automated test sets.- Design and develop high quality test plans and test cases.- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.

Running Quality Analysis (RQA)- Responsible for the QOS of the network, includes detecting & solving quality problems like: call drop, call blocking, silent, TCH assignment fail and hardware/software problems.- Perform daily follow-ups of indicators, alerter and warning in order to monitor the behavior of the network elements. - Collect all information and implement all actions requested by the Back Office experts of Motorola to ensure that all anomalies are solved.- Make daily report with KPIs of the network all over Egypt.- Responsible for the shift plan of team BSS Motorola (consists of 10 Engineers).- Reviewing the Trouble Tickets of team BSS Motorola daily.

- Establish a pre-diagnostic and then pilot and support Mobinil GLI (Group of Local Intervention) field teams and subcontractors maintenance teams for all problems related to the BSS from OMC-R.- Check all types of alarms on BSS Network elements. Launch corrective action through Trouble Ticket System [HP service desk].- Providing 24hour/7 day support for the network.
