• Manage All Logistics work with leading a marketing and distribution network.
• Perform and implement all customs clearance activities such as following upcoming Shipments, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.
• Developing the Customs Clearance Section's work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve the efficiency of the Customs Clearance Section.
• Suggesting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Customs Clearance Section and Analyzing processes and procedures to reduce operating costs for import businesses.
• Managing and Creating the ACID on the new customs system Nafeza for all inbound shipments.
• Follow up the shipping process and orders movements, starting from issuing the Purchase Order and tracking the vessel and shipments till delivered to our warehouse, Factory or to the customers on time.

Nasr City

• Communicate and responsible for implementation of all related marketing & promotion programs.
• Analyse and monitor competitive activities and provide market information to measure performance against plans.
• Develop & implement necessary export sales & marketing plans along with the distributors in the assigned countries.
• Create new business opportunities by appointing new distributors in new markets
• Work with different market and trade structures under different social and political circumstances, within the respective countries.
• Ensure preparation and submission of relevant official documentation in a timely and accurate manner: regarding shipping schedules; letters of credit; credit control mechanisms; licenses…etc.

• Gives secretarial support to line manager and department
• Manages the daily calendar for line manager and coordinates scheduled appointments.
• Incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
• Ensures workers are aware of company policies and procedures.
• Arranges for company events by arranging for facilities and caterer, announcement and invitations within the assigned budget.
• Prepares event’s agenda and arranges for minutes and documentation.

Heliopoles

• Manage Customers Service calls and answered customers questions.
• Handle all office secretarial work (filing, word processing, etc.)
• Follow up the agenda appointments coordinates scheduled.
• Assist Customers to fill in and finish applications according to the policy immigration requirement.
• Responsible for inter-department communications.
• Act as a frontline interface with customers.
