- Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution)- Planning of procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution.- Work closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce cost.- Monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods- Responsible for forecasting, ensuring stock availability, prioritizing and scheduling of inbound deliveries and thereby ensuring seamless functioning of supply chain activities.- Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems- Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, POSM and inventory levels).- Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports- Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy- Track the shipments from the dispatch to arrival.- Following out sales to ensure the target alignment of the targets achievements.- Liaising and price negotiating with suppliers.- Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.- Preparing profitability reports per SKU and putting plans to reduce costs.- Preparing all assisting reports (Stock coverage, min&max stocks, purchasing reports, turnovers…etc)

- Keep track of stocks using Oracle system carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems.- Allocate space for storing goods and organize special requirements for stock such as chilled goods products.- Ensure all the outs according to the company objectives (fifo).- Oversee the maintenance of vehicles, equipment and machinery.- Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.- Ensure healthy and safety standards are met.- Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels).- Generating regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (sales reports, sales vs targets, stock coverage …etc).
