- Design and engineering of all protection and control panels used in220 & 66 KVsubstation, MV switchgears, 380VAC&220VDC panels, - Prepare equipments list for company Products.- Making purchasing orders and making approval on offers- Prepare the electrical schematic and as-built drawings.- Prepare cable termination lists and cable layout for substations.Solving problems from manufacturing stage till handling stage

• Organize, plan and coordinate the inspection services.• Issuing the certificates for the equipments being tested and inspected.• Deal and negotiate with customers, including all customer requests, queries, and complaints.• Scheduling inspections jobs. • Communicating all relevant information concerning the job to the customer.• Following up the jobs in pending status to ensure the job is being moved forward. • Serves as initial point of contact for getting new hires setup in on boarding system.• Collects, verifies and enters timesheet data for payroll and invoicing processing.• Effectively communicates with HR, Accounting and other teams • Keep updated filing system for all the jobs documents, engineers' certificates and equipments calibration.• Follow up the validity of the inspectors and equipments certificates.• Ensures that the inspectors follow the health and safety procedures applied in the company. • Reports the updates and the information of each job to the upper management
