Key Responsibilities:1-The chief responsibility is providing analytical support to maximize product performance, conducting merchandising and financial analysis, analyzing sales reports, evaluating retail performance, and making recommendations.2-Maximizing system functionality, creating tracking reports for promotional activities.3-Coordinating with various departments for business development initiatives, optimizing pricing strategies, and conducting promotional planning. 4-Use analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause and resolve issues within the Deal Pipeline Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards, or plans in support of the business.5-Supporting the retail operation team in leveraging analytics to drive actionable results.6-Manage and control inventory levels to achieve concept sales, inventory, profit and turnover objectives. Identify business risks and opportunities and propose solutions to maximize sales objectives.7-Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.8-Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales.9-Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of all product areas.10-Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.11-Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.12-Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring that they reach their full potential.13-Monitoring slow sellers and taking corrective actions necessary.14-Provide input on strategy based on knowledge of industry and trends. 15-Ensure the right products are provided and allocated.16-Responsible for setting all my products prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item, which achieve my company targets.17-Responsible for preparing aging stock reports with taking the corrective Actions.

• Monitor and drive the inventory of Home Center ( HHH – LHH – Textile ) products for Awalad Ragab stores• Ensure the right products are provided and allocated• Responsible for handling the renewing of all Suppliers contracts.• Responsible for attracting the new suppliers in order to complete and insure the full range of products as well as new brands.• Responsible for enhancing the retail presentation of Home Center ( HHH – LHH – Textile ) in all branches• Responsible for maximizing the sales numbers by supporting the local sales team through right displaying, good allocation and usual providing a new brands and products.• Responsible for handling the inventory control and monitoring the weekly sales per branch• Responsible for weekly forecasting of Home Center ( HHH – LHH – Textile ) products demand per branch• Responsible for setting all my products prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item, which achieve my company target.• Responsible for preparing aging stock reports and negotiating with suppliers and dealers in order to solve the problem of any aging stock• Responsible for contacting and negotiating with the suppliers to substitute defected items with new ones• Responsible for all the reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of my products in the market and with Awlad Ragab's competitors • Involved in any procedures related to the marketing of the stock between Awlad Ragab marketing team and the supplier in the Home Center ( HHH – LHH – Textile ).• Responsible for communicating to the Finance department any new items price and code• Responsible for communicating to the Marketing department the new featured items per month – to be included in the newsletter in each branch and sent to employees through mail shoots• Responsible for preparing all analysis reports about sales numbers across all categories and brands in Home Center ( HHH – LHH – Textile ) products.

• Monitor and drive the inventory of Electronics, Home Appliance and Small Home Appliance products for both Raya, Samsung and Phono stores•Ensure the right products are provided and allocated on Raya, Samsung and Phono• Responsible for enhancing the retail presentation of IT products and HA in all branches• Responsible for maximizing the sales numbers by supporting the local sales team through right displaying, good allocation and usual providing a new brands and products.• Responsible for handling the inventory control and monitoring the weekly sales per branch• Responsible for weekly forecasting of Electronics and HA products demand per branch• Responsible for setting all my products prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item, which achieve my company target.• Responsible for preparing aging stock reports and negotiating with suppliers and dealers in order to solve the problem of any aging stock• Responsible for contacting and negotiating with the suppliers to substitute defected items with new ones• Responsible for all the reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of my products in the market and with Raya's competitors • Involved in any procedures related to the marketing of the stock between Raya marketing team and the supplier in the IT and HA products.• Responsible for communicating to the Marketing department the new featured items per month – to be included in the newsletter in each branch and sent to employees through mail shoots• Advising and give the right opinion to the Business Development department incase of deciding to import any IT or HA products from Abroad or Branding some thing to Raya brand by make a right market studies and comparisons with the suppliers. • Responsible for preparing all analysis reports about sales numbers across all categories and brands in IT and HA products.
