Provide independent support and assistance to the Safety and Quality Manager and departments and SDUs Managers in monitoring and continuously improving the operational safety of the Company.Responsible to assist the Safety and Quality Manager for the introduction of operational safety systems and programs. In conjunction with the Safety Review Committee, establishes the appropriate procedures and resources to manage those programs.Ensure complete objectivity in safety matters and is responsible to maintain all day-to-day activities.Development, administration, and maintenance of an effective Safety Management System; thus, he has the freedom to act and make decisions on behalf of the Safety and Quality Manager.Initiate investigations, making safety recommendations and issuing safety promotional material.Facilitate hazard identification and risk management.Monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks and evaluates their results and effectiveness.Provide periodic reports on safety performance.Ensure maintenance of safety management documentation.Ensure that there is safety management training available and that it meets acceptable standards.Provide recommendations on safety issues.Ensure initiation and follow-up of internal occurrence/incident investigations.Actively promote corporate culture for safety.Address findings raised in his department and monitor the effectiveness of the relevant corrective actions.Coordinate all fatigue risk management activitiesProviding an efficient Safety Management structure incorporating an independent Safety management system, which is appropriately resourced and fundedPromoting and developing a just culture across the CompanyEnsuring that awareness and understanding of safety management is maintained in all departments and SDUsFormally identifying any potential safety hazards.provide the necessary resources required to mitigate and eliminate the risks which raised by the SDUs and departments.

- Assist in the establishment of technical training objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.- Obtain information needed to prepare in-house training programs; develop training course content and elements and determine training techniques and methodologies such as lectures, conferences, meetings & workshops.- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of all training activities. - Continuously revise technical training plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.- Estimate and review training materials course developed within department.- Continuously enhance all training programs based on feedback and management recommendations.- Assist in the development and utilization of evaluation methods measuring technical training program effectiveness.- Provide guidance, supervision and training to subordinate employees and evaluates staff performance.- Attend professional development courses to enhance technical, instructional and training abilities and skills.- Assist in managing annual budget requirements within the department as well as provides cost estimates.- Assist and support the Technical Training Manager in the following areas:- *Designing and creating the functional/technical education material and course outlines.*Creation & delivery of technical training course & workshops *Testing & updating existing training materials*Apply instructional techniques & measurable learning objectives*Evaluate the technical skill competency levels of staff- Meet technical training project objectives in a way that is consistent with the training and technical assistance standards.- Create and maintain training course documentation.- Discuss & overcome technical training challenges and possible problems.- Report on progress of employees during training periods.- Meet technical training project objectives within budget limits.- Occasionally schedule, track and report work assigned to sub-contractors.

- Select & develop teaching aids such as training handbooks/handouts, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. - Research databases for selecting appropriate training aids.- Assist in carrying out training sessions and training programs.- Produce or assists in identifying and improving training manuals and/or other written documentation.- Recommend enhancements and improvements through the analysis of technical training courses evaluation and participates in modifying technical training program content.- Work with Technical Training Manager to determine type of content to be instructed and importance of training topics.- Provide coaching to all levels of employees and management on all technical subjects.- Test trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations.- Present and deliver technical training courses that effectively transfer knowledge and tools that improve company and individual performance.

- Serve as the Aviation representative for the Ramp to liaise between the company and necessary parties.- Ensure that all the security and safety standards are implemented on the Ramp;- Keep an excellent level of communication and courtesy with tour operators, airport officials as well as any related person interfering with ASE’s flight operations- Report any problem relevant to any passenger during proceeding ASE client flights.- Adhere to ISAGO Standards and procedures- Guarantee a safe, smooth and punctual handling- Select the agents who will serve in each flight depending on their system knowledge and the skills.- Prepare proper paperwork associated with each flight to ensure accuracy.- Liaises with the handling agent of third party to offer all the related services (Marshaling, toilet services and the aircraft maintenance);- Respect the local airport regulations such as the non smoking and the mobile use……etc.- Adhere to the aircraft turnaround services;Supervise the handling of activities in accordance with the GHA and the airline ground operations manual.- Supervise helpers and other subordinates to ensure the best service delivered possible to ASE clients.- Trains and disciplines workers and labors, addresses complaints and communicates them to manager.
