Summary of my Job tasks : Implementation of financial and accounting procedures approved by senior management. Control over incoming and outgoing documents to the accounting department, validating, and they contain the required signatures.  Keep books and accounting documents necessary for the application of approved accounting system and make sure the registry is legal. Supervise the preparation of vouchers and approved by recorded in the accounting books.  Supervision of the registration books and vouchers migrated. Subscribe to the process of periodic and annual inventory of materials and fixed assets and match them with their own accounts.  Supervise the preparation of payroll reconciliations of banks every month and show the differences, if any, and inform the Chief Financial Officer for review. Supervise the preparation of parallel review and periodic financial reports and studied and analyzed and then submit it to the financial manager for approval and presentation to senior management. Supervision of alleged registration processes in accounts payables and issuing payment orders in a timely manner.  Supervise the preparation of payroll and wages for staff and to ensure the authenticity of these tables.  Prepare the balance of audits and detailed public accounts at the end of each month and verify the balances in all of them.  Chief Financial Report for any breach of fiscal policy or financial procedures applied by the various departments and divisions or for any deviation appears in the periodic financial statements.  Providing all the information and disclosures required by other sections of the work and the work of the external auditors and work to facilitate their mission. Preparation of final accounts at the end of the financial year.
