• Personnel:
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor & social insurance laws.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, etc.).
• Coordinate all Personnel activities with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.

• Ensure that all employees' documents and files maintained and comply with laws and company policies.
• Prepare form 1,2&6 and manage all activities related to social insurance office
• Perform all procedures related to employee’s hiring & termination.
• Monitoring daily attendance, leaves and maintains scheduling and event calendars.
• Preparing the monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions (hires, terminations, overtime, penalties, bonus, and incentive) to get the wages paid correctly.
• Answer daily questions and requests for personal services in a timely, accurate and productive manner.
