With nearly 20 years of experience in the beet sugar industry and refining, I have been dedicated to optimizing production processes and ensuring high-quality output since 2005. Since 2018, I have served as a Production Manager, leading teams and driving efficiency in operations. My extensive background and commitment to excellence have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this industry.I began my professional career with training at Delta Sugar Company, the first beet sugar factory in Egypt. This was followed by training at Fayoum Sugar Company. I then worked at Nubaria Sugar Refining Company for 16 years, starting as a Production Engineer and eventually becoming the Production Manager. Since 2020, I have been working at Canal Sugar Company, the largest and most advanced factory in the Middle East in terms of design, as the Deputy General Production Manager.
