Principal Presales Consultant
Current• Analyze and validate all functional decisions for the projects and client business requirements, and relate them to ITS products capability to ensure optimum utilization.• Ensure that all pre-sales activities are executed to the highest possible standards and that all proposals provide a compelling value proposition and truly meet the customer’s needs.• Create and implement workflows, sales cycle plans, and projections across pre-sales discipline of running the business to achieve revenue goals.• Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.• Provide answers to technical questions in an (RFI) and (RFP)• Build custom product presentations and demonstrations as per customer business and scope.• Assign tasks to development to prepare POC if needed with follow up• Support at external and internal customer-facing events• Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC), prepare Scope of Work (SOW), costing sheet and other proposal deliverables.• Compare system products offering at a technical level with competitive Products• Assist with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts.• Utilize customer service and business development skills to help customers, prospects and sales representatives build a compelling and competitive business case and return on investment (ROI).• Manage hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation.
