Managing bioserv OTC business at NAHDI .Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales.Collaborating with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing promotional activities to enhance the brand's presence in pharmacies and other retail outlets.

- effectively manage field force team.- assist the Strategic Projects Team with the integration of newly acquired/licensed assets.- draw conclusions from the analysis provided by team and make suitable recommendations -provide a clear understanding on the market dynamics in terms of prices, reimbursement, hospital sales, tenders, competing products positioning and activities.- proactively search out and identify new opportunities for promotion.- drive promotion activities and propose activities to provide a competitive edge-nurture and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s and health care professionals for relevant therapeutic areas in the team’s territories-Follow up formulary listings for products promoted but not listed in both private and public sectors in Government and private institutions and hospitals.-Implementation of business plans for the assigned area/team.-Analysis of the competitive environment and provide feedback to direct management.-Induction of new team, product training etc.
