MDEPC is one of Electricity holding company property that produce electricity .i am working at site called Banha Station that include 2*250 MW GE 9 FE Gas turbines with MarkVIe Control System , 1*250 MW ansaldo Steam Turbine With ABB symphony harmony Control System and 2 HRSG With DCS Yokogawa Centum VP Control System that means Total one module 750 MWJob Description:1-During Project a-review contract ,subtitles,P&ID,drawings and wirings b-During installation witness installation ,loop check, and commissioning of all instruments , auxiliary systems , control system and interface with DCS of the two GE 9FA gas turbinesc-ALL field instruments ((thermocouples, vibration, flow, pressure and level transmitters and Sensors) , servo valves {moog} and pneumatic actuators {fisher})) Calibration Calibration,commissioning and function test..2-after project completionmy responsibility as maintenance Engineer  Control system [ Mark VIe] software alarms & troubles analysis  Control system [ Mark VIe] Hardware periodic, protective and curative maintenance  Control system HMI, printers and network periodic, protective and curative maintenance Auxiliary systems periodic, protective and curative maintenance Prepare Periodic Maintenance schedule and outage maintenance plan.  Spare parts orders and stock availability. Lead work team .
