- Establishing, implementing and developing the quality and food safety system in the institution, and following up on the continuous improvement of the system.2- The senior management participates in setting policies and objectives related to quality and safe food, and following up on the efficiency and effectiveness of the application of the quality and safe food system.3- Liaising and coordinating with donors to qualify the company to obtain a certificate of conformity to the quality system, food security, safety, occupational health and the environment.4-Ensure that the company's policy and customer requirements are communicated to all employees of the company.5. Participate in planning the internal audits and selecting and identifying the reviewers for the different departments.6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training for managers and employees of MY department.7. Follows up the performance of all employees in the Quality and Food Safety Department and plans to develop their capabilities in line with work requirements and performance measurement results for them.8. Supervising the work of the incoming, interim and final inspections.9. Taking corrective and preventive actions and following up their implementation in the company regarding cases of non-conformities and customer complaints and submitting reports on them to the higher management.10. Determining the needs OF MY administration from various resources.
