CurrentProvides strategic leadership, mentoring, coaching and advice as well as managing senior stakeholder relations, driving stakeholder engagement and customer focus throughout the organization.Overall responsibility for the Operations department comprising; Technical Department, Projects Division and Logistics Department.Exemplifies the culture and values of the Company, acting as a role modelEnsure systems and practices are aligned across the CompanyResponsible for shaping the strategy of the Company as a wholeResponsible for the strategic direction of the Operational divisions Technical Department, Projects Division, PMV Division and Logistics DepartmentResponsible for the Business Intelligence functions including Opportunity & Risk Management, feasibility studies and registration of interest to tenderAccountable for competitive bids to all selected tender submissionsResponsible for the Technical Department, comprising; Commercial & Contract Administration, Estimating, Quantity Survey, Planning and EngineeringResponsible for the Operational Divisions, comprising; Projects Division and Logistics Department which in turn comprises; Mobilization, De-Mobilization & Maintenance, Government Relations and Facilities & Land AcquisitionAccountable for successful delivery of all projects within the area of their responsibilityProvides challenge and assurance to the Steering Committee that policies and projects are robust and deliverableAccountable for the Health and Safety of all activities within the Operations DepartmentEnsure there is a climate within the business to continuously improve in terms of measure performance and cultureEnsures compliance with Company policies and practices relating to financial and human resource managementAccountable for the methods, procedures and plans used for all project related functionsAccountable for ensuring excellent Client Relations are maintained throughout project lifespan and beyond
