During my Master's studies at the University of Stirling, I undertook a project with FTI Consulting, where I:• Collaborated with stakeholders to capture and synthesize requirements, identifying opportunities for integrating beneficial functionalities into existing systems.• Conducted in-depth exploration of available technologies to address a specific challenge, resulting in the development of a tailored Python package for automated data visualization during a significant hackathon project for a major consultancy firm in the financial services sector.• Engaged in client meetings to discern their needs, conducting rigorous requirements gathering and assessing various visualisation types, culminating in the careful review of the Python ecosystem to select or create a suitable graphics engine.• Developed a comprehensive data visualization library, complete with guidelines, and detailed documentation, bolstered by automated tests, type hinting, and GitHub hosting to ensure superior code quality and usability.
