• Prepare monthly/quarterly Board of Directors reports.• Follow up all junior / senior accountants in company branches and help them to solve financial and team problems.• Budget revision of sales departments.• Travelling to different branches to review applying the company's policy (administrative and financial system).• Follow up customers’ accounts and analysis and preparing monthly reports.• Follow up sales revenue and preparing reports.• Accounting of General Ledger entries.• Working on the SAP program.• Co-operation with external auditors.• Review of VAT with Large Taxpayer Center.• Cooperate with IT department to build programs that improve work performance.• Cooperate with all different company departments to finish work effectively and provide financial information.• Developing the system of reviewing the outstanding customers and establishing a system for the customers of the long-term and periods of collection.• Follow up of the treasurers.• Prepare sales tax reports.

• Entering Customer sales invoices using SAP program.• Entering receipts of cash and cheques.• Preparing customers analysis and outstanding.• Assist department manager to prepare reports.• Prepare cash and cheques out.• Review payment receipts.• Prepare customers interest reports.• Prepare program for customers’ accounts for all branches.

• Accounts Expenses, vendors and Customers analysis.• Prepare vendors accounts statement.• Prepare tax reports (sales and withholding tax).
