* MAZAYA (Cosmetics ) 25 stores -International Fashion Brand 42 stores • Manages the process of maintaining inventory integrity by monitoring movement of goods, cycle counts, audits and inventory adjustments in accordance with FTZ regulations.• Oversee the process of analyzing and reconciling "zero"​ or "negative" inventory positions.• Prepares and reports ad-hoc analysis regarding inventory to VP of Logistics.• Responsible for reporting of company inventory position.• Oversee division and business unit inventory integrity by analysis of inventory dollar value, unit, and locations to identify inventory areas that require corrective actions.• Manages, trains and monitors the performance of the Inventory Specialist.• Responsible for staff training and execution of seasonal physical inventory.• Manage work-order and archive file program.• Ensure shelving, labeling and product location standards are maintained by working with DC Management Team.• Conduct on-going system training for inventory specialist.• Responsible for reconciliation and movement of seasonal sample inventory.• Monitor inventory systems to ensure they are in sync and reconcile any variances.• Controlling inventory transfers on styles being re-labeled, re-tagged, or moved offsite for repair.• Oversee and perform the accurate transfer of first quality goods to irregulars, sales, discounters, etc.• Oversee staffing needs and execution of special and value added service projects.• Attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. • Ability to develop effective working relationships with multiple business channel management team to achieve operational excellence.• Oversee labeling of international product to ensure it meets approved governmental regulations and vendor compliance standards. • Other warehouse duties as assigned
