 Worked as a process DCS & field chemist in field of surfactants (sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES) & Linear Alkyl benzene Sulphonic acid (LABSA))., Sulfuric Acid Plant . Nature of my work is checking all process equipment’s & applying the TPM on process equipment’s in field (pumps, blowers, fans, ESP, reactor, neutralizer, vacuum, furnace, melter, control valves). Controlling all process parameter of manufacture (pressure, temperature, flow, density, PH) by controllingDCS. I participated in the decrease of undesired byproduct generated in plant startup from 500Kg to 60 Kg . Monitor and control the entire production process (including packing) in coordination with QC chemist.Quality :  Basicof quality Control & QualityAssurance .Lab .Instrumentation that worked on it . PH meter , Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy , APHA color ,Gas chromatography( GC).Karl Fisher .
