Assist in developing and implementing appropriate audit programs tailored for the specific functions for all Corporate Credit Units.Establishing clear lines of communication with Line Management in all areas of Corporate Credit Units.Assess and report on asset quality and the adequacy, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of related governance, risk management and control processes within the delegated portfolios. Work in partnership with Line Management to ensure key processes are controlling risks cost effectively, recommending improvements where appropriate.Manage audits within approved budgets.Support the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process through the use of automated tools and techniques wherever possible.

To participate in portfolio quality and process reviews of NCB's credit portfolios and related documentation, in all the regions including International Division, Islamic Finance, Retail Credit, Overseas Branches, Remedial Units, Personal Finance and Package Loans.Supervise and conduct Surveys and Special Investigations, as needed.Act in an anticipatory mode to detect early warning signals (environmental changes) that might impact the quality of the Bank's portfolio.Assist in monitoring the Bank's portfolio to detect concentration / industry trends.
