Business process improved significantly under Sameh’s organizational restructure, resulting in being awarded I.S.O as well as other international quality standards certifications.As chairman of the board and founding partner of International for Securities – a brokerage and investment company – Sameh’s tenure saw the company capital grow by 10 folds in 15 years the company was under his leadership. The company gained stature and quickly became known for sound financial management which in turn saw International selected to take part in managing and promoting key IPO’s for Orascom Construction (OCI) and Telecom Egypt (TE). Sameh was among the selected few investment professionals who are EMCA certified (Egyptian Capital Markets Associations).In addition to Sameh’s financial acumen and expansive expertise in business management, Sameh brings in a firm belief in the value of teamwork and positive leadership.
