• Administer service contracts to ensure delivery of services in an effective, efficient and professional manner• Plan, direct & oversee Preventive/Corrective/Emergency maintenances in the MEP, Civil & Infrastructure works• Ensure smooth & safe operation of the facility through overall control of planned and unplanned service response• Prepare Monthly Management Report of the Planned Preventive Maintenances carried out in the facilities • Carry out post construction, end of Defect Liability Period surveys and prepare the snag reports• Prepare OPEX/CAPEX budget for the contract & manage profitability of assigned service contracts• Assist the bidding team for the transition process of new projects including the technical surveys, snag reports, asset verification and document collections etc.• Generate periodic progress reports for the Client/Contract Manager, and attend Client /Consultant meetings• Carry out annual survey of the facilities along with client representative to assess actual maintenance requirement for each and every facility the purpose of annual budgeting• Ensure the billing for fixed and variable works and necessary meeting coordination with client or end users• Assist in audits of contract performance from technical perspective • Review maintenance impacts, analyze trend, identify remedies for underperformances, and follow energy management programs and continuous improvement initiatives to establish essence of the contract• Review/Approve purchase requests/man power requirements as required by the works• Managing the projects, and performance of service providers/subcontractors

(Mechanic& Boilers Maintenance)• Manage the engineering group to ensure that all works are in compliance with applicable codes in priority standard, effective and efficient manner• Handle the tasks of supporting engineering manager and engineering staff on broader engineering goals and• Activities such as quality review boards, corrective action program use and continuous improvement• Perform administrative functions to meet the mission and objectives of the engineering department• Handle the tasks of supporting engineering manager and engineering staff on broader engineering goals and activities such as quality review boards, corrective action program use and continuous improvement.• Responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance, as detailed in the work instruction sheets and schedules• Provide suggestions on improvements to work instruction sheets, where possible, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the scheme • Handle the tasks of attending all work requests submitted to maintenance department • Perform responsibilities of assisting other departments within the hotel, when instructed, to help with peak demands, and absence etc • Carry out the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the hotel to the highest possible standards.
