As a Restaurant Manager, responsible for effectively managing all activities within the restaurant and bar, in order to achieve optimum results across all facets of the restaurant operation, in line with Departmental targets, policies and procedures. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and control all subordinate associate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.Provide guidance and assistance to the restaurant associates helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities. Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations. Liaise with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bars, Housekeeping and other related sections to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility. Prepare duty rosters and implement vacation and public holiday schedules of restaurant associates. Ensure that all associates are aware of the Food and Beverage facilities at a Company Projects, operating hours, its daily events and functions in order for them to provide correct information and address guest queries.Maximise revenue in the outlet by implementing suggestive selling or upselling procedures. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed. Monitor and control the financial performance of the outlet by controlling costs and expenses. Assist in monitoring and controlling the restaurant operating equipment (OE) inventory and participate inventory takingConduct frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and take appropriate action where necessary.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for serving the VIP guests on the executive floors inside the executive lounge by observing the performance of all the service staff to reach the guest satisfaction point & keep all the operations up to standards by a lot of point of {s.o.p} Marriott brand. and doing a lot of things for the VIP guests only like: - Receive the guest from reception and explain the benefits of his stay on the executive floors. - Doing inspections of rooms or suites of VIP guests before his arrival to ensure that everything is up to standard. - Taking the guest to his room & send to him welcome drink & fruit basket with the GM business card. - Send housekeeping to helping the guest to arrange his luggage. - Doing wake up call with serving tea or coffee if he wants. - Helping him for any legal requests inside the hotel.
