• Responsible for correspondences with principals and vessels as well.• Working in import DOC dept in alex branch, ( receive BL/BC- settling problems which raise with POL- filling and co ordinating with CUST dept- contacting with customers to meet their requirments perior to vessel`s arrival-inspecting errors in BL that didn’t match our customs regulations)• I have good information with suez canal rules of navigaiton which concerning of transit suez canal north/south bound convoy specially in containers vessels.• Monitoring flight booking for on signers and off sigerns as well, also hotel reservations and coordinating with principals in regard of that,• Monitoring parcels arrival and delivery,• aware about types of ships and the proplems related to hull and cargo.• High awareabout draft survey.• High aware about stow away problems.• Fair aknowlege about machinary problems.• Good skills in communication and coordination.• Trained about container operations( stowing cargo on board).• Excellent in working at high pressure work atmosphere.• Trained in EQC dept in alex branch( settling equipments problems with principals and customers as well- daily input the containers movments – reporting damage container to principals and well executing)
