- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of all internal control policies and procedures.- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements and Ad hoc reports .- Oversee the management of general accounting activities in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets accounts, Tax in accordance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. (Managing all finance and accounting operations).- Supervises the completion of accurate tax returns for the subsidiary to minimize the tax obligations of an organization.-Oversight the Tax returns for the holding and the subsidiary.-

- Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.- Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed- Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.- Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for theircontributions to the assurance team.- Maintain cooperative relationships with other assurance teams- Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks.- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.- Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond to other assurance team members' views

- Planning and carrying out audit field work, statutory reporting and completion work for companies active in Egypt.- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff;- Preparing an audit file in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (“ISA”)and Egyption standard .- Preparing a report outlining the findings from your audit work. Keeping managers and partners up to date with progress of the audit;- Visiting clients on-site and being a point of contact for the client throughout the year .

- Communicate with internal and external contacts in order to ensure that all functions of audit go smoothly.- Proof all claims that are made by verifying totals, calculations and general accounts submitted throughout audit.- Create and interpret reports detailing the progress and findings of audits in order to share with managerial staff.
