- Plastics injection molding machines (Engel – Battenfeld) , Extrusion plastic machines , packing machines and utilities (air compressors – water chillers – ...)Major responsibilities include:- • Daily inspection and validation of machines performance and handling.• In charge of minimizing downtime repairs.• Assist, maintain and repair all production line equipment.• Ensure that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions.• Lead problem solving and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement.• Supervise online support from factory machine suppliers.• Establish and manage spare parts storage.• Setting Preventive Maintenance Programs.• Implement lean manufacturing basics on production lines and workshop.• Review and approve regular reports on the progress of maintenance works.• Setting the yearly maintenance budget, Monitoring and Controlling expenses.• Full responsibility for reporting according to the stated quality systems and ISO in all Maintenance stages.• Establish and manage spare parts storage.• Production development team member that was responsible for design and manufacturing of new machines and tools for production cycles enhancement.• Ensure safe operating conditions and promptly correct unsafe conditions.

- Manufacturing of plastics packaging for food & beverage and pharma industry:-PET preforms (CSD, Water, Juice, and Milk).Crates for beverage industry & agricultural use food containers, IML technology for buckets and Pharmaceutical Eye droppers.- Plastics injection molding machines (Stork – PET Husky – IML – Boy) , injection-blowing machines (Jomar) and utilities (air compressors – water chillers – …).Major responsibilities include:-• Set production performance standards and align organization. • Leads problem solving activities for production. Coaches line managers and operators in process improvement.• Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems which are affecting productivity, and take corrective action.• Jointly develop with product availability resource (scheduler) the production schedule to meet sales demand.• Review and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtime.• Lead the implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product, packaging, new technology …).• Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the work• Coaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of production/ maintenance personnel.• Develop staffing and skill building plans for the production area that directly links to delivering yearly AOP.• Responsible for the selection, on-boarding and recommending for termination of production line personnel.
