• Manage all the logistics and warehousing for Radioshack, Computeshop, Mobileshop, Smart Homes, and Compume with over than 300 stores across Egypt.• Strategically plan, execute, and monitor all activities of logistics to maintain smooth operations and fleet management for all the companies in the group.• facilitate and liaise with all stakeholders (suppliers, third parties, governmental entities, and commercial & operations departments).• schedule with the supply chain the yearly plan for local and international shipments to guarantee products flow in time and best serve the distribution.• maintain healthy stock all time through regular return to vendor, damage disposal, clearing obsoleted items.• Maintain all the deliveries with the leadtime KPIs.• Manage all staffing activities; Hiring, enhancing, praising, and retaining.

Egypt

• Strategically help the Operations manager in the budgeting and expansion plans.• Daily review sales performance and take the action to correct any deviations from budgets..• Review stock movement and making sure stores and warehouse are in communication to fill any gaps.• Reduce costs and expenses, focus on productivity / Sqm.• Conduct regular visits to the stores to asses operations quality and fix any issues.• Support and facilitate all stores requirements with other departments and suppliers.• Review all customers feedback and take any required actions.• Manage all staff related.

Kuwait

• Responsible for Monitoring, supervising, controlling center warehouse and sub-contractor warehouses for spare parts business• Responsible for follow-up import and export spare parts with the logistic serves provider and Monitor Inbound & outbound process for spare parts

Egypt

• Responsible for analyzing problems related to the sales team, products. And system (p.o.s) and reporting to area operation manager.• Responsible for controlling the products Stock (following up products movement).• Responsible for Training assistant managers to be promoted to store managers.• Responsible for Training new staff on paper work filling, sales, products, firm's policies, distribute tasks for the staff and follow up, leading the sales team to achieve the sales target
