* Make annual and semi-annual reconciliations for each customer.* Dealing with Sage 500 Accounting (SAGE US) software and SAP ERP software in entering the financial payment data for each customer.* Follow up the daily and monthly traffic for futures and cash sales of customers.* Preparing financial reports for the traffic of customers and distributors on a daily, monthly and annual basis (sales and incentives).* Preparation of debit notes and make a return report for each customer per month.* Preparation the daily report of collection and sales traffic.* Preparing the monthly expenses report of the branch and enter them into the accounting software.* Solving the problem of customer accounts balances that do not match the company balances.* Receiving of temporary cash custody from the company's head office, and follow-up expenses for the branch and warehouse.* Monitoring the balance of each customer and distributor, and approve the appropriations of purchase orders after examining the debt lifetime of each customer.* Preparation of monthly bank statements to match the actual balances of customers and distributors for input collections.* Submit the statement of the debt lifetime to the collection representative, follow-up the weekly and monthly of the collection from customers and distributors.* Experience in administrative affairs and liquidation according to the company law provided for by following the regulations.

* Public Treasury Management of the Company in Alexandria Branch. * Monitoring the warehouses, goods and fixed assets of the company.* Follow up of customer traffic, and inventory of cash collected daily.* Participation in the preparation of financial reports for the company's branch status.

* Preparation of income statements and cash flow statement. * Preparation of accounting restrictions necessary for the work of the Group.* Issuing checks and making the bank reconciliation for suppliers and for bank accounts.
