RSC team member providing customer support for CT systems in MESA region.CT systems includes (Definition Family, E-Line, Go, Force, X.Cite, On.Site)

-Provide service and installation for 3 modalities mainly SY, CT and MI systems in North Egypt, Delta area while supporting different areas when requested.-Performing updates, and PPMs on timely basis, keeping a zero penalties record.-Installation of SPECT system, Symbia Evo in Georgia, Europe attaining high customer satisfaction

- Troubleshooting and maintaining Markem Imaje industrial printers according to maintenance system approved by the company on time and in line with customer calls and job orders.- Diagnosing and developing solutions to resolve technical faults.- Maintaining circuit boards and designing industrial interface boards to match with clients systems.- Documentation.

CUBII provides customized industrial solutions for small and medium-sized manufacturers. CUBII is primarily focused on the food industry.ROLES / ACHIEVEMENTS• Designing, programming, installing and troubleshooting various automated systems through different approaches.• Combined circuit design with firmware development in a series of customized electronic circuits embedded with a Microcontroller targeted for any equipment/machine with various count of input/output ports. • Basic knowledge about AC motors, Variable speed drives, sensors, controllers pneumatic systems and classic control (relays, contactors, etc.).• Working with mechanical engineers and technicians to confirm proper functionality on the hardware/software boundary.Constructive systems analyzing to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environment will affect outcomes with a keen eye for details.

CAETUS team has successfully competed in MATE "Marine Advanced Technology Education" Center ROV competition for two consecutive years (2012& 2013). The competition aims for designing and operating an ROV "Remotely Operated Vehicle" to accomplish pre-defined tasks underwater within a time limit. I was tasked with the following roles:-Roles:+ Technical Writing. + Design a 200 Watts H-Bridge.+ Designing of a linear power converter. + Interfacing cameras. + Installing the control system into the ROV. + Troubleshooting and testing the system. + Working in conjunction with others to ensure proper design and functionality.

The event aimed for raising the public awareness about entrepreneurship in Egyptian Delta. During this event the logistics team was responsible for handling the guests (Mentors & Competitors), venue booking and etc.
