Responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing project works according to Client specifications. Studying contract, tender, design drawings, earthwork quantities, and specifications to Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules also, review and submit shop drawings, quantities, as-built drawings and coordinate with client and consultant to get the approval of the submitted documents. Day-to-day follow-up for the usage of projects’ resources including material, asphalt, plant, equipment, and manpowerforthe coordination of site activities and to meet the client quality standards. Managing and controlling performance of project subcontractors, and ensuring their adherence to the project management plan, client standards, and completing on time and within budget. Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and delivering the execution of all Items work as per the BOQ for every Project. Monitoring work performance and ensuring adherence to client requirements, arranging submission of plans to local authorities, and estimating the total costs to control the budget allocated forprojects. Analyzing the impacts from the negative risks, changes, and issues which impact the cost, time, quality, and scope for projects to reduce them and increase the probability and impact of positive events to meet clientsatisfaction. Consulting with top management, owner, consultant, and teamwork about the progress of work and monitoring any areas of delay, assessing present and future conditions with taking into consideration needs change.

Saudi Arabia

•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.•Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.•Management of performance, training and budgets, to ensure that the project is cash-positive, well-coordinated and runs in accord with the agreed contract program.•Manage the relationships with the client and all stakeholders.•Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Marassi

1- Part of the Supervision team on all infrastructure works executed by the contractors including the following:-Sewerage and force main lines -Storm and gullies networks-Potable water and firefighting networks-Irrigation networks-Sewerage lift stations’ civil works-Irrigation tanks’ civil and mechanical works-Desalination plant civil works 2- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.3- Answer RFI and RFP.4- Cost analysis for work damages and Variation orders.5- Preparing Technical reports about the site safety regulations and the work progress.

Newcairo-Madinety

1- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.2- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.3- Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.4- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement withsubcontractors.

Alexandria –Egypt

1- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.2- Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.3- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.4- Review and approve shop drawings.
