- Recruit, develop and motive the Service Department. - Evaluate technical problems and planning service schedules for the Service Department.- Respond personally to critical & complicated machines problems on site. - Monitor and follow-up all services work to achieve customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and studying the market potential. - Analyze the Service Department cost & revenue.-Install and Service Seit Laser Bridges.-Follow up and coordinate the installation of Lasser Schiffli Embroidery Machines.-Install and service Plotter Technology wide format plotters- Install and service Ioline wide format plotters- International Exhibitions: Meet & advice the Egyptian customers visiting any booth of our agencies during the following exhibitions:• Texprocess Frankfurt Germany, 2015 – 2013• ITMA Barcelona Spain, 2011• IMB Cologne Germany 2009 – 2006• ITMA Munich Germany 2007• Tajima Private Show Shanghai China, 2004- Local Exhibitions ITCE 2005, 2009,……… • Plan & organize the company booth in the exhibition• Choose & decide the machines, accessories & supplies to show• Advice the customers with the recommended machines for the productivity desired. - Attend the following professional training:• Tajima Company for multi heads electronic embroidery machines Japan 2004, 2007, 2009

- Manage & work with a team of 10 technicians & engineers to serve more than 350 installed machines.- Develop & apply new work techniques and methods for embroidering large size designs on standard Tajima embroidery machines.- Train the customer’s stuff on special embroidery machines, laser bridges & punching system.- Develop Service team skills.- Contribute to the sales team to effectively close deals, logistics, and marketing.-Installation, training and customer support for Pulse Embroidery software- International Exhibitions: Meet the Egyptian customers visiting any booth of our agencies who are participating during the following exhibition:• IMB Cologne Germany 2003- Local Exhibitions ITCE 2002, 2004 • Plan & organize the company booth in the exhibition • Choose & decide the machines, accessories & supplies to show• Establish the time schedule with tasks for the employee assigned in the exhibitions
