The initiative management role was brought in action to apply Agile Practices, utilizing a modified version of RUP, for the new version of ServicePATH 3.0, Trendium’s flagship product. Responsibilities and achievements: • Owned the project from inception to delivery. Product Management interaction and communication with business owners. Managing cross-functional development teams, technical writing, deployment, release configuration and QA. • Live milestones presentations at AT&T® & Cisco with complete screen mock-ups and PFS (product functional specifications). • Define and eliminate road blocks, including technical and resources scarce challenges. • Identify risks and define and execute mitigation plans accordingly. • Participated in the evaluation of Initiative team members. Also contributed to performance improvement plans. • Provided detailed plan and budget for the initiative. • Hiring and training of talented engineers.
