- Develop a time implementation program that outlines the steps of implementation.- Supervise the implementation of the project works in all its details and on a continuous basis in order to ensure that the implementation of the work is in accordance with the drawings and specifications and conditions of the project contract and the technical assets scheduled for the implementation of those acts and recognized according to the timetable approved for the conduct of business.- Ensure that safety, prevention and public health methods are followed in implementation.- Maintain a permanent record for: - All consignments and invoices for supplies that reach the project. - All workers' daily and weekly reports. - All payments to suppliers, workers and any expenses. - Quantifying the quantities of materials required for implementation- Ensure the efficiency of all workers in the project.- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the company contracted to conduct business.- Inspect the work periodically and issue instructions for the re-implementation of any work does not match the specifications or schemes.
