-Responsible for the acquisition, installation and training of hospital equipment at the Novo Hospital dos Queimados in Luanda, Angola.-Assessment of the operational performance of medical systems assets and production of reports, considering maintenance costs, consumables and costs associated with equipment installation- Definition and review of medical equipment and cost estimates, thus following the requirements established in the contract and following the regulatory standards of Portugal and British Standards.-Preparation of cost estimates for medical equipment (including devices, systems, tools, supplies, furniture, etc.), considering schedule, acquisition costs, installation expenses and ongoing maintenance and operation requirements.- Evaluations of projects in various areas such as mechanics, electrical and civil construction, thus collaborating directly in the integration of medical equipment.- Results: increase in prospecting for suppliers (80% increase in the range) who do not speak Portuguese, achieving savings of 30% to 40% in the value of various equipment since there were no intermediaries, in addition to applying new contacts in a recently opened hospital by the company, which saved 100 thousand euros on a single piece of equipment.
