As part of my role, I led the development and implementation of a cohesive interior decorating and design approach for our model rental suites, leasing offices, clubhouses, property amenities and signage. In addition, I successfully managed and coordinated the execution of our property transformation program across multiple newly acquired apartment communities in Arizona, Texas, and Georgia. I successfully balanced a demanding workload, including extensive travel to oversee program quality, while ensuring timely completion of all projects. Despite the challenges, I took pride in delivering exceptional results and maintaining a high standard of execution.

As a Homeowner Care Coordinator I was responsible for providing exceptional service to homeowners while managing their properties effectively and efficiently, and ensuring that they have a positive experience while taking possession of and living in their homes.

The Dominion Hotel, which holds the distinction of being British Columbia's longest operating hotel, underwent a remarkable transformation into a residential building with 97 units. The management team leading this project was a highly dedicated group committed to delivering the "neighbourhood within a building" concept, which emphasizes a strong sense of community among residents.

Working in a fast-paced environment with diverse skill sets and clientele, my role involved overseeing all aspects of design concepts and sales orders, from introduction to delivery. I took pride in surpassing the highest standards of customer service throughout the entire process, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure complete client satisfaction.

After finishing the Interior Architectural Design program at the Pacific Design Academy, I was eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skill set. Volunteering at the Design District Studio provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. This exceptional resource for both customers and professionals offers an extensive library of all hard and soft finishes, as well as a team of talented professionals on site to answer questions and assist with specific searches. I consider it a privilege to have been a part of such a valuable learning environment.
