Greetings! I'm a passionate pulmonologist and critical care physician dedicated to elevating patient care in the Middle East. With extensive experience in pulmonary and critical care medicine, my aim is to positively impact the well-being of critically ill patients while striving for excellence in tertiary care settings.My journey in medicine began with an M.D. from Lebanese University, followed by rigorous training, including an internal medicine residency and a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of internal medicine and specialized expertise in pulmonary and critical care.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in advanced healthcare settings. I have been serving as a pulmonary and critical care physician at Makassed General Hospital since 2019.In addition to clinical practice, I worked as an ICU consultant with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing support to critically ill patients. My expertise in endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), acquired through specialized training in Chicago, enables me to diagnose and manage complex pulmonary conditions with precision.My participation in national surveys, BLS/ACLS and ATLS certifications, and attendance at international conferences demonstrate my dedication to education and continuous learning. I've also contributed to research with publications and presentations on topics such as fluid optimization in septic shock and cystic lung disease.I am passionate about working in advanced hospital settings. I am an endobronchial ultrasound specialist, specializing in diagnosing and managing interstitial lung diseases and chest malignancies.
