In our group that is composed of many business units, our main businesses are automotive and retail sales, it's a heterogeneous ERP environment, and multiple front end systems; my post is BusinessObjects project manager; I lead a team analyzing and designing and providing solutions allowing the corporate board of directors seeing consolidated financial, sales and HR reports. Part of my job is to introduce (or internally marketing) the BusinessObjects solutions, brain storming with our finance and strategy directors further ways to deliver their requirements, focusing on the financial and sales area. I prepared a complete training, as well as a complete material that I used in the trainings which I lead to our group's decision makers and reports writers and developers. Part of my duties is to design further BI solutions, including a data warehousing project, I worked on BusinessObjects Data Services, Universe designer, Xcelsius, BusinessObjects administration and integration with remaining modules. I have managed three projects life cycle implementations.Together with SAP support, I managed to enhance the SAP GL and HR rapid marts, my company became its benchmark in KSA.

Member of the SAP core team, with the introduction of SAP ERP to our group, I worked on ABAP programming, XI interface development to transfer data between legacy system and the new SAP ERP, I was supporting HR temporary on payroll/employees administration. The time spent working within SAP team gave me an excellent hand on SAP functional and technical aspects, especially on SAP Technology, SAP FICO and HR modules

Developing web applications (ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX and MS-SQL server) such as HelpDesk system and web workflow application; I also developed several desktop applications on VB.NET to be linked to IBM DB2 database or MS-SQL 2005 and a B2B application with other OS in other companies to provide heterogeneous compatibility such as credit information swapping with Saudi Credit Bureau. Coordinating projects related to international BMW, coordinating between BMW KSA and BMW Germany and UAE;

While doing my Masters degree, I was a giving solving sessions for junior and sophomore students of BS degree in networking and programming and database courses.
