During my tenure at the HCT from 2013 to 2019, I dedicated over four years to managing, training and team-leading the Work Readiness Program (WRP). Recognizing my expertise in training and program management, the HCT management selected me to spearhead their new WRP initiative in collaboration with AlWasl University in Dubai.In this leadership role, I served as the head of the program, overseeing not only the computer courses but also managing a team of educators. My responsibilities extended to designing and creating teaching and learning materials, developing assessments, and actively participating in invigilating, grading, and moderating processes. This multifaceted role allowed me to showcase my strengths in managing people, shaping curriculum, and ensuring the success of both the program and its students.My experience in leading the WRP project reflects my commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering an environment that empowers students for the challenges of the workforce. This opportunity not only honed my training skills but also underscored my ability to navigate complex educational initiatives successfully.

I joined the Higher Colleges of Technology in 2009 as a lecturer for a very challenging program called "Work Readiness Program" and after I had proven myself in this program, I have been chosen to join the IT department team to teach the IT courses, and it did not take too long to be chosen again as the graduates employment coordinator for the WRP program graduates to be the most critical stage for them to be employed, after that I started to work very closely with the industry to materialize the HCT vision, to counsel and supply the market with quality graduates. The feedback I got from the employers is channeled to the Subject Team Leaders to update and upgrade the learning outcome of the students and the curricula to reflect the requirements of the industry.Working as the System- Wide Graduates Employment Coordinator for one of the largest Colleges in the UAE started the need for a system that do all the functions and operations in regards to the work placement and the employment process. So as a computer system engineer I designed, programed and published a centralized web based database system that aims to:* Holds all the stakeholders records (Colleges, Teachers, Students, Sponsors and Companies).* Manages the employment process.* Creates the employment reports and statistics.* Manages the work placement process.* Monitors the students while in work placement.* Provides all the statistical data required for the sponsors and the top management* Provides the accounts facility which enables all the stakeholders to have their own accounts so they can track and monitor their related work flow. Having this system made our life much easier!
