As the Program Manager at ZAKA, I lead the AI Certification Program, overseeing its strategic development and day-to-day operations. My role involves curating an enriching learning experience for participants, aligning program objectives with industry needs, and fostering collaboration between learners and industry experts. I'm dedicated to empowering the next generation of AI professionals by ensuring the program's effectiveness, relevance, and continuous improvement. Additionally, I actively engage with the AI community, strengthen industry partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of ZAKA's initiatives in the dynamic field of Artificial Intelligence.

Co-managing the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Master's program at the French-Azerbaijani University, where my responsibilities include securing and overseeing internships for master students in collaboration with academic research labs and R&D departments in companies. Additionally, I play a crucial role in enhancing the program's curriculum.

I am an invited professor, instructing courses in the Bachelor's Computer Science program and the Master's Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program. My expertise encompasses Data Analysis, Statistical Thinking, and proficiency in both R and Python programming languages.

I founded and currently manage an AI learning center at the University of Strasbourg (UFAZ project), providing comprehensive education and training in AI technologies. I developed a diverse curriculum covering machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Leading recruitment and management efforts, I secured funding and established strategic partnerships to enhance offerings and facilitate networking opportunities. I implemented assessment mechanisms to monitor student progress and actively promote the center through various channels.

As the Co-Organizer and Manager of the UFAZ CS Hackathon, I have initiated and successfully managed this competitive annual event in Baku. I secured funding from private sector companies, developed fair participation rules, implemented effective promotional strategies, collaborated with university departments, managed participant selection, and led topic selection, jury composition, and mentor coordination.

Associate Professor and Coordinator of the "Data Science and Artificial Intelligence" master's degree program and Computer Science Bachelor degree program. In this role, I am responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for the program, including tasks such as coordinating meetings, seminars, and maintaining the course calendar. Additionally, I have actively contributed to the reform of both the Computer Science bachelor curricula and the Data Science Artificial Intelligence master's curricula as part of the UNISTRA program reform from 2024 to 2029.Moreover, I handle various day-to-day details related to graduate student activities, such as recruiting, orientation, scholarships, TA employment, and degree audits. To ensure smooth operations and address any challenges, I maintain weekly meetings with different committees to discuss ongoing issues and seek resolutions. Furthermore, I am involved in teaching several courses in related fields, including Data Science, C, Python, Graph theory, Statistical Thinking, and Data Analysis.

Actively involved in various research activities and collaborations. I initiate and maintain collaborative relationships with French Research Laboratories, fostering partnerships that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in our field. Additionally, I collaborate on scientific research projects focused on Reduced Google Matrix analysis and Artificial Intelligence, exploring innovative approaches and technologies. I also provide supervision for scientific research projects undertaken by bachelor's and master's students, guiding them in their academic pursuits. Furthermore, I am currently supervising ongoing PhD projects, one focusing on Reduced Google matrix analysis for Complex networks and the other on Maintenance through Imaging in artificial Intelligence for safe Roads & Augmented Governance. These research endeavors aim to address important challenges and make significant contributions to their respective domains.
