My background includes proven track record managing teams across industries including Media and Entertainment , Semiconductor/Manufacturing, Retail, Call Centers, Carriers and others. Throughout my career I have led large scale digital transformation programs, customer value creation through robust product offerings, go-to-market, and monetization, innovated by leveraging data and technology with a strong focus on P&L. I consider myself to be a strategic thinker that led many successful initiatives. At Yahoo I built the Yahoo Contact center technology that scaled and provided the highest uptime and availability to support yahoo millions of customers. At AAA I restructured the IT infrastructure organization and formed strong teams that created customer value through robust solution offering that are innovated by leveraging data and technology. Also at AAA I built the largest Contact Center in the country and moved the company's infrastructure from on premise data centers to the GCP cloud and leveraged natural language coupled with AI and ML to deliver best in-class Self Service technologies and customer experience. While at TaskUS I was able to develop a true global organization that was responsible for everything foundational that ran TaskUs and its 42K strong workforce on a global basis and during Covid and in less that 10 days, I built technologies such as VPN that supported 42K employees and VDI that allowed every employee to work from home when work from home was not allowed prior to Covid . At Plume I managed 3 organizations (Information Technology, Technical account Management and Technical support ) that were responsible for managing the internal user experience and external customer experience.
