• Member of company Steering Committee, Pricing Committee, Collection Committee, Risk & Internal Control Committee • Managing 16 people including 3 managers as direct reporting line• Leading treasury regarding cash flow, long term investment strategies, FX & Liquidity risk with approx values of 150 M Eur annual funding• Responsible to all accounting activities and tax management is progressed inline via local and group regulations. Managing approx. 300 M Eur balance sheet, 100 M Eur annual turnover• Leading all financial control and month end closing activities including IFRS accounting, reporting, treasury reporting to HQ, budgeting, forecasting, business plan projections, tax management and external audit• Fully in charge of company product pricing, calculation and offers

• Fully responsible for financial closing processes and active communication with HQ reporting team• Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Profitability & KPIs reporting to local & international top management• Fully responsible managing & preparation of yearly budget process, strategic business plans• Managing quarterly / yearly tax planning process for both local & IFRS accounting• Responsible for collection management, relations with external lawyers for legal process• Managing a team of total 4 staff including 2 executives.

• Credit risk management of existing, prospect clients, reporting to CFO• Preparing industrial, commercial analyses to have a better view for customer risk environment to reduce possible defaults• S.W.O.T. analysis of customers to avoid default risk and improve collection quality• Active relations with group risk team for credit approval of international customers• Staff management of 1 credit risk specialist
