As a project executive in the Customer Experience team, I have been working for more than 8 years. My main responsibility is to use data analysis to understand customer needs and expectations, as well as to compare their performance with their competitors. Based on this analysis, I create a detailed project roadmap that outlines the goals, strategies, and deliverables for each customer experience initiative.I have a strong background in data analysis and effective communication skills, which enable me to collaborate with different teams across the business, tech, and production departments. Some of the skills that I have developed and applied in my role are:- Project Management: I plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. I coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders involved in the projects, including internal teams, external partners, and customers. I also monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of the projects, and implement any necessary changes or adjustments.- Customer Experience: I design and implement customer experience programs that aim to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Mystery Shopping: I conduct and oversee mystery shopping campaigns that evaluate the quality of service and compliance of staff and partners. - Data Development: I manage and maintain the data infrastructure and systems that support our customer experience initiatives.
