- Organized internal training sessions to improve the technical knowledge of our team.- Identified technical risks and challenges in solutions offered by our engineers to minimize the risk of projects and to help guide the engineers into better solutions.- Set up a training program to help speed up the learning process of Magento, our workflows and company for our newly hired engineers.- Set up a workgroup to create a developer culture where innovations are encouraged and embraced. - Was solely responsible for the hiring process of new engineers. - Conducted over 40 interviews for applications being hired over the past year.- Conducted code reviews for both backend and frontend development.Additional noteworthy SysOp/DevOps tasks:- Flown out to London to design a new server stack for our e-commerce solution in collaboration with Rackspace, to increase server reliability, scalability and performance.
