- Analysing of customer expectations, get in touch with the other departments about customer requests/complaints,- Work in coordinance with Internal Sales, Assembly, Logistics, Marketing teams to ensure the flawless order process- Following of escalation process quarter, communicate with customers for quarter price negotiations- Attending to all Customer Audits with other departments.

- To communicate with customers and ensure that the necessary correspondence- Expand and increase the sales area of the company by adding new customers and countries- To ensure the follow-up and coordination of the required flow.- To ensure the follow-up of the trade fair organizations abroad and take an active role.
