As a Senior Mentor, I contribute Ranger Certification and Acceleration Program. On the technical side, I mainly focus on Active Defense Cases and Engagements. On the human-centric skills side, my role involves guiding individuals through challenging scenarios, enhancing their decision-making abilities under pressure, and developing their mental resilience. In the Ranger program, our main goal is helping cybersecurity frontliners to remain technically hybrid and functional, psychologically resilient, and primed under any intense pressure.
